   01 · Mine feed·Current

   Ore

   Run-of-mine ore is selectively mined, stockpiled, and hauled to the plant gate with grade control discipline.

2. 

   02 · Size reduction·Current

   Crusher

   Primary crushing reduces particle size, removes tramp material, and prepares a stable, consistent mill feed.

3. 

   03 · Liberation·Current

   Ball Mill

   Closed-circuit grinding liberates copper- and gold-bearing particles within a controlled grind size and energy envelope.

4. 

   04 · Planned circuit·Planned

   Flotation

   A flotation circuit is planned to produce a copper concentrate, with gold as a secondary credit. The plant is being built in China and is not yet installed on site.

5. 

   05 · Primary product·Current

   Copper concentrate

   After recovery, copper concentrate is dewatered, sampled under QA/QC, and prepared for offtake.

6. 

   06 · Partner refining·Downstream

   Smelting

   Downstream refining and sale run through partners — copper concentrate to offtake, gold-bearing product to doré.

7. 

   07 · Secondary product·Outcome

   Gold

   Gold recovery adds a secondary credit alongside copper — from Mpanda ore to value for Tanzania and partners.
